The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa. A twelve story, 300+ room hospitality resource located in the heart of Montgomery overlooking the Alabama River. All rooms feature cherry vanities. High-end suites located on the 9th through 12th floors feature cherry trim, cabinetry, bars, and barrel ceilings. Project designed by Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood; Construction Management by Doster; General Construction by Bailey-Harris. Completion February 1, 2008.
